Black is Back

The Birmingham Black International Film Festival IS BACK for a second year, following the successful launch that took place in 2007.  This is geared to be another exciting fun-filled festival with an eclectic mix of Film, Music, ‘Live’ Arts, and most importantly Education in the f

Birmingham.
There will also be various lavish parties and nightly live music venues throughout the festival.  Not forgetting this year’s exciting return of the Music, Video and Screen Awards (MVSA) bigger and better than bef

If you were unable to be part of the 2007 celebrations we send out our condolences as you missed one heck of a show. The ceremony was not only full to capacity taking place in the second biggest city in England - Birmingham, but it oozed talent, success, and displayed the crème de la crème of gifted individuals.  Never has there been such a great start and interest in such a new Awards Ceremony.

So if you missed out in 2007 be sure to catch up in 2008 as we are back in the prestigious ICC in

Birmingham f

or this year’s show on 1st November 2008.
